What is the Buckinghamshire 11 plus mark mark?
On Buckinghamshire’s 11 plus results day, your child will need to get a qualifying 11 plus score of 121 or above.
How is this calculated? The 11 plus results are age-standardised. Buckinghamshire 11 plus scores from its three 11 plus test sections are individually age standardised. In other words allowance is made for the younger children within the Year 10 age group.
These individual standardised 11 plus results are then added together. this is done with a weighting aplied which favours the 11 plus verbal reasoning score results (50% weighting), over the maths 11 plus results (25% weighting).
